1 General Information and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 33dm platform and all related services. The definitions of key terms used below are provided here:

• "Platform" refers to the 33dm website, mobile version, and applications.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on this platform.
• "Account" refers to each member's own personal account.
• "Bet" refers to the activity of placing a wager on any game or sport on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any financial or non-financial benefit provided by the platform.
• "BDT" or "Taka" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Each person may open only one account.
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor or underage person is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration and Security

When registering an account on the 33dm platform, members must comply with the following:

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 15x (deposit + bonus).
• Once a bonus has been claimed, it cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• The bonus must be claimed within the specified time limit.

5.2 VIP Program

The 33dm VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback is provided at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.

• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your activity and engagement on the platform. 33dm reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or any attempt to collect bonuses through fraudulent means is detected, we reserve the right to cancel any bonus and close the account. If fraud is proven, the entire balance may be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• A bet placed unintentionally due to a technical error will be considered void.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over results, the decision of 33dm will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (including BPL, T20, and ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA events), kabaddi, and other sports, the results determined by the relevant international sports governing body will be considered authoritative. Betting using match fixing or inside information is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino and slot games use game provider software, and all outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). We conduct regular third-party testing to ensure fair play.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Unauthorized use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Selling or transferring an account or credits to another person.
• Money laundering or depositing through illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

• Providing a false identity or incorrect information.

If any of the prohibited activities listed above are engaged in, 33dm reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

• Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Delays or issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Loss of funds through betting decisions or gaming.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government directives.

If funds are incorrectly credited to an account due to a technical error, that amount will be deducted from the account.

10 Changes to Terms

33dm reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

11 Account Closure & Suspension
